Refunds for event registrations follow the schedule below. Administrative fees are non-refundable in all scenarios.

Until 28 February 2026: 100% refund of the paid amount, minus administrative fees, if written cancellation is received by this date.

1 - 31 March 2026: 50% refund of the paid amount, minus administrative fees, for cancellation requests received during this window.

After 1 April 2026: No refund is granted for cancellations submitted after 1 April 2026.

Attendance validation by CMSR: No refund is granted if, after checking attendance, the College of Dentists of Romania (CMSR) concludes the doctor did not meet the EMC attendance requirements and the participation diploma cannot be validated.

Workshop participation includes limited seating; refunds adhere to the following terms.

Participant replacement: A full refund is issued only when the participant is replaced by another recommended attendee who has paid the full workshop fee.

Cancellation requests are accepted exclusively in writing via email at areorto@gmail.com.

Eligible refunds are processed by bank transfer within 5 business days after the congress concludes (post 30 May 2026) and only after the cancellation request has been approved in line with the above conditions.
